Teresa joined Royle in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative, drawn to the fast-paced, detail-oriented nature of the role, which keeps her constantly learning. With 15 years of experience in the printing industry, she made the move from Kentucky to Wisconsin to further her career in printing. Prior to Royle, she worked at Gateway Press, Inc., where she gained hands-on experience in production as a bindery helper, working with saddle stitchers and perfect binders, and even began training to become a saddle stitch operator before transitioning into customer service. 

Teresa holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute. Outside of work, she enjoys watching college sports, cheering for her Louisville Cardinals, reading comic books, and going on hikes.
