Royle Academy

Royle Printing is proud to offer one of the most hands-on internship programs in the industry, Royle Academy. Come learn about what a career in print looks like and get real-life experience working with our talented team of personnel. Internship opportunities can be paid or for credit and typically last around 8-12 weeks depending on schedules.

Each individual enrolled in Royle Academy will be focused and specialize in a department of their choice but will additionally be able to shadow all departments within Royle and learn fully about the business. Outside of work, there is a number of fun summer outings and events — to not only get to know the other members of Royle Academy but Royle’s team as well.

Marketing and Sales Intern

This individual would work hands-on with our sales and marketing department to learn the ins and outs of the business. They would have the opportunity to participate in high-level marketing strategy, execute campaigns and develop marketing materials while also having the ability to assist sales reps with prospecting, strategy, maintaining our CRM system, and learning about business development.

Supply Chain & Operations Intern

In this role, individuals will participate in business improvement initiatives to help our team remove barriers and enhance our processes. Interns will work under the direction of the Operations Process Improvement Managers. Projects will include the coordination of and involvement in Lean/6S events, collecting and reporting data, creating, and dispensing machine efficiency metrics, implementing lean controls that include visual direction and reminders, as well as other administrative and operational tasks.

Customer Service Intern

This position will get an overview of our Customer Service Department and learn about service and workflow. You’ll learn how to communicate and work with customers, project management, and multitasking techniques to manage multiple customers at once. This individual would be able to shadow multiple CSRs and assist with their workloads.
