Do you demonstrate strong technical and mechanical abilities? Royle’s Operator in Training Program is for you, and no prior print experience is required.

The Operator in Training program allows individuals to come and shadow the different pieces of equipment to see where one’s passion might lie. Compensation for this role starts at $19-$21 an hour based on experience. Skilled operators at Royle can make upwards of $24+ an hour.

Operator Roles Include: cutter, folder, tipper, bellybander, polybagger, offline mailer, stitcher and binder.
