Mark may be newer to Royle, but he’s not new to the industry. He spent the last 31 years working at Quad. The first three years were spent in the corporate training program, where he learned printing from the ground up. After that, he spent the last 20 years as a CSR, then the last eight as a senior CSR and team lead, where he was charged with building a team to service a vast client mix. Mark joined the Royle Team in May 2023 as a CSR and was promoted to Customer Service & List Processing Manager in January 2024. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and his two children, Allison and Paul. When not found with his family, he might be golfing, biking, reading, collecting music (yes, he still buys CDs!), and going to concerts.
