Dawn Webber

After graduating from Waukesha County Technical College with an associate's degree in administration, Dawn began her career as an Executive Administrative Assistant at an international firm before transitioning to Human Resources in 1992. Over the years, she has built extensive experience in various HR functions, including Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Safety and Health, Training, Employment Law, Regulatory Compliance, Affirmative Action, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Policy Development, and Mergers and Acquisitions, at both corporate and divisional levels. Dawn joined Royle in May 2001 as the Director of Human Resources, bringing a deep passion for employee relations, and fostering a strong company culture. She enjoys connecting with Royle’s associates both personally and professionally through various annual events and culture-building initiatives. Outside of work, Dawn loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, and she finds joy in traveling and exploring all Wisconsin has to offer.
