Aaron grew up in Fort Atkinson, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in May 2002. Shortly after, he moved to England on a six-month work visa, working at a bakery and lunch shop in central London. This experience gave him the opportunity to travel extensively across several countries, including Scotland, Wales, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, and Norway. Before joining Royle Printing, Aaron spent 21 years as a project manager at Omnipress.

His hobbies and interests include photography—especially while exploring the backroads of Wisconsin—car racing (F1, IMSA, WRC), and collecting unique vintage items such as mid-century 3D slides and 8mm film reels. He also enjoys rock tumbling, metal detecting, cheering on the Brewers and Packers, walking and hiking, playing volleyball, reading, drawing, woodworking, and spending time with friends. Aaron values kindness, helpfulness, and being a good listener. He is open-minded, naturally inquisitive, and enjoys meeting new people—believing that there’s nothing better than a great conversation that sparks even more.
